I have always had a love for wellness since I was a young girl, from early teen years I was attending gyms and working out,walking was one of my favourite things to do also and growing up in Swords I would walk daily along Malahides beautiful coastline shores.  In school I was very interested in the arts and physical education. After high school I went on to study drama & theatre also television, broadcasting and acting. After some years my passion for health and wellbeing came back around and I completed a National Exercise & Health Studies Diploma at NTC Dublin. I started to work in gyms and health clubs as a health and fitness facilitator,  I also began to study International Business at ITB and after completing two years here I relocated to live and work in Holland. My life really turned around when I started to practice Bikram Hot Yoga, this style of yoga was life changing and transformational for me! I then went on to study 200 hours of hot yoga at the Absolute Sanctuary in Ko Samui Thailand. This was such an amazing experience and on return to the Netherlands I worked teaching hot yoga for some of the most prestigious hot yoga schools in Amsterdam.  I decided to return to Ireland in 2015 and immediately began freelance teaching work and I set up my own practice called Pure Yoga Swords. In 2019 I decided to move to beautiful Wexford with my two little doggies Luna & Luka , and I didnt delay in setting up my own hot yoga practice here - and during the time of setting up I also flew to the Canary Islands to complete 100 hours of Ashtanga Vinyasa teacher training. Hot Yoga Wexford was born May 2019 - and since this time it has grown from being purely yoga classes to a whole spectrum of health and wellness services as i went on to study various different styles of Massage, Reflexology, Reiki , Facials , Mediumship and more all from extremely talented and inspirational teachers from around the globe. I continue to learn everyday something that will enhance my skills and my service to you!  Namaste
